Product Introduction
2In 2009, the inspection standard GB/T23858-2009 was issued, clarifying that composite manhole covers are a type of inspection manhole cover and specifying their characteristics: inspection manhole covers made by polymer as the matrix material, reinforced with additives and other materials, and compounded through a certain process. The new standard enhances the load requirements for manhole covers, aligning with the existing EN124 standard. This standard went into effect from February 1, 2010.
Fiberglass reinforced thermosetting composite materials with unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix, also known as Bulk Molding Compound (BMC), formed by compression molding technology, and is a new type of environmentally friendly electrical cover.
2. Composite manhole covers are made using a high-temperature, high-pressure single molding technique, featuring high polymerization and density, excellent impact and tensile strength, and benefits such as corrosion resistance, non-rusting, and maintenance-free.
Product Features
The composite manhole cover features a mesh steel reinforcement inside, with the critical load-bearing areas specially reinforced. In the event of unavoidable external force impacts, it can dissipate pressure to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.
Metal-free, the steel frame of stone-plastic manhole covers and concrete manhole covers is less than 1/10 of the total weight of the covers. There's little to steal. Moreover, due to the high strength of the covers, it's difficult to remove the small amount of steel inside. Therefore, thieves don't bother.
1. Inorganic magnesite composite manhole covers offer high strength, low cost, and attractive appearance. This product can be colored freely, with easy installation, maintenance, and identification. Due to the absence of recyclability, it addresses the anti-theft issue. Our country will gradually replace traditional manhole covers with composite materials in the next three to five years, presenting significant market potential.
2. Inorganic Composite Manhole Cover. This cover is made from a new high-strength inorganic composite material and glass fiber. It falls under the mid-range manhole cover category.
Features
1. High Strength: Magnesium silicate check, boasting excellent compressive, bending, and impact resistance with toughness. After long-term use, this product will not crack or damage the manhole cover, effectively preventing "urban black hole" accidents.
2. Aesthetically pleasing: The magnesium silicate manhole cover features an elegantly designed surface pattern and vibrant, customizable colors to enhance the urban environment.
3. Easy to use, lightweight: The product weighs only about one-third of cast iron, making it convenient for transportation, installation, and emergency repairs, significantly reducing labor intensity.
4. Anti-theft: Magnesium silicate manhole covers are non-recyclable, providing natural anti-theft protection; equipped with locking structures as per customer requirements, ensuring the safety of valuables inside the well.
5. Strong weather resistance: The magnesium silicate manhole cover, with its scientific formula, advanced technology, and complete technical equipment, ensures normal operation in an environment ranging from -50℃ to +300℃.
6. Acid and alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and able to withstand vehicle碾压, with a long service life.
