Hole sealing equipment is composed of three different types of machinery: the hole opener, the plugger, and the lower plugger. They share a common frame, which consists of a sector gate valve, upper and lower connectors, left and right positioning fixtures, temporary bypass ports, a vent valve, a pressure gauge, and other components. The frame's purpose is to provide a support base for the hole opener, plugger, and lower plugger, while also using its left and right fixation devices to connect and securely clamp the running PE pipeline. The lower connector is connected and sealed to the PE piping components; the upper connector is connected and sealed to the hole opener, plugger, and lower plugger respectively; the sector gate valve is an essential device for opening and sealing operations, which must be opened and closed during the equipment spring replacement process. The frame material is made of aluminum alloy, treated with anodization, featuring high surface hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and light weight.
