The hole sealing equipment is composed of three different types of machinery: the hole punch, the plugger, and the lower plugger. They share a common frame, which is made up of components such as the sector gate valve, top and bottom connectors, left and right positioning fixing devices, temporary bypass connections, relief valves, and pressure gauges. The frame serves as a support for the hole punch, plugger, and lower plugger, and uses its left and right fixing devices to connect and securely clamp the running PE pipeline. The lower connector is connected and sealed to the PE pipe fittings; the upper connector connects and seals to the hole punch, plugger, and lower plugger respectively; the sector gate valve is an essential device for opening and closing during the equipment spring change of the hole sealing process. The frame material is made of aluminum alloy, treated with anodizing, and features high surface hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and light weight.
