Product Features:
A. Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength 275-320MPa, 7-8 times that of pure plastic pipes.
B. Thermal Conductivity: 0.46-0.57 (W/m·K), offering good heat insulation and preservation properties. It's about 1/100 of steel pipe, yet several times higher than insulation materials, approaching the thermal conductivity of plastic pipes.
C. Linear Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: 1.2×10^-5 /°C. It is 1/10 to 1/12 of that for pure plastic pipes.
D. Hydraulic Performance: The inner surface roughness of the steel-plastic composite pressure pipe is 0.007mm, smooth on the inside, with minimal resistance loss and no scaling during fluid transportation. This structure combines rigidity and flexibility, capable of withstanding pressure surges within the pipeline system without generating water hammer noise.
E. Excellent Corrosion Resistance: PE material is insoluble in any known solvent at room temperature. The inner and outer layers of steel-plastic composite pipes are made of polyethylene, which is a non-reactive material with stable chemical properties. At room temperature, polyethylene is not soluble in any known solvent and can withstand corrosion from various acidic, alkaline, and saline solutions.
F. Sanitary Performance: Sanitary; the product meets the GB17219 standard and has obtained the "Approval Document for Drinking Water Sanitary Products Issued by the Health Department of Hebei Province," Approval Number: JYWSZ (2002) S056, suitable for direct drinking water conveyance.
G. Traceability: Can be traced using a magnetic metal detector, without the need for additional tracking or protective markers. This avoids excavation-related damage, providing great convenience for emergency repairs and maintenance.
H, Service Life: Can be used for 50 years within the normal temperature and pressure range.
Application Scope:
Municipal Engineering
The pressure-bearing material of steel-plastic pipes is steel, hence offering superior pressure-bearing capacity and pipeline properties compared to plastic water supply pipes. The excellent and corrosion-resistant properties of PE ensure minimal secondary pollution of water quality, making it suitable for urban construction water supply and drainage, drinking water, heat network return water, gas, and gas transmission pipelines.
Chemical Industry
Manufacturing of acids, alkalis, salts, petrochemicals, fertilizers, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, mining, rubber and plastics industries, process pipes and exhaust pipes for conveying corrosive gases, liquids, and solid powders.
Oil and gas fields
Oily wastewater, gas field wastewater, oil-gas mixtures, and pipelines for gathering and transporting polymer fluids reinjected into oil wells, as well as pipes for secondary and tertiary oil recovery and gathering processes.
Mining

Physical and mechanical property requirements: Project Specifications: L, T static hydraulic strength, test temperature: 802°C. Test pressure: twice the working pressure. No leakage at 165°C. R: Test temperature: 802°C. Test pressure: twice the working pressure. Test temperature: 165°C. Q: Test temperature: 802°C. Test pressure: twice the working pressure. Test temperature: 165°C. Burst strength ≥ three times the working pressure. Stability against pressure cracking: randomly select a composite tube sample 10,000mm long for testing. The sample is placed between the pressure test machine's plates and slowly compressed until 105 seconds have elapsed, reaching 50% of the nominal outside diameter of the composite tube. No cracks or cracking observed. Bonding performance:剥离 strength: take a steel-plastic composite pressure tube strip with a width of 25.00mm and a length of more than 200mm. Clamp one end with a steel strip holder and the other with a plastic layer holder on a tensile tester for peeling test. Peel strength value: ≥100N/25. Interlayer bonding strength: randomly select composite tube annular samples, approximately 100mm to 150mm in length. Remove burrs and visible steel strip saw marks from both ends of the annular tube. Use a mandrel to expand the annular tube. After expansion, the annular tube is placed at room temperature for 24 hours. There should be no separation or gaps between the inner and outer polyethylene and steel layers. Welding quality of steel pipes: randomly select composite tube annular samples 100mm to 150mm long. Remove burrs and visible steel strip saw marks from both ends of the annular tube using a mandrel. There should be no tearing at any point on the steel pipe joint or steel strip. P/S/P Pipe Price vs. Performance Comparison Table: The table below compares six common water supply pressure pipes on the market from nine aspects. Comparisons are made in the form of scoring, with a scale of 6 points. A pipe with excellent performance in a particular aspect scores 6, with other pipes scoring lower in descending order. Pipes with the same performance score the same. A pipe with a defect in a particular aspect scores 2-3 points lower than the previous grade. The higher the cumulative score of each comparison item, the better the cost-performance ratio.
