Building Facade Safety Inspection

4. Building Facade Usage Records: Includes routine maintenance and repairs, condition logs, renovation completion technical documents, etc.
5. On-site Adjustments: Verify physical items against documentation, investigate the actual internal and external environment of the building, identify existing issues, and collect opinions from relevant personnel.
Based on the various materials and investigation information provided by the principal party, identify the key items for inspection and testing. Develop a detailed inspection, testing, and evaluation plan, which should include the content, methods, and schedule of the inspection and testing.

2. Current Condition Inspection: Panel and connection component damage, rust, deformation, and the extent of hardware failures.
