
Firstly, we need to understand how centrifugal flanges are manufactured, the process method and product of centrifugal casting for welding flanges, and the features of this product, which are processed through the following steps:
The selected steel materials are melted in a medium-frequency induction furnace to achieve a molten steel temperature of 1600-1700℃.
② Preheat the metal mold to a constant temperature of 800-900°C.
③ Start the centrifugal machine and inject the molten steel from Step 1 into the preheated metal mold from Step 2.
The casting is naturally cooled to 800-900℃ and held for 1-10 minutes.
⑤ Cool with water to near room temperature, then remove the casting from the mold.
