The waterstop air bags for pipelines are made of reinforced natural rubber. Each waterstop air bag undergoes testing at 1.5 times its rated working pressure and under the corresponding pipe diameter before delivery. To ensure the structural strength of the pipeline sealing air bags, we use a safety factor three times the rated working pressure of the pipe sealers.
The specifications and models of pipeline water stop balloons include: PVC air mouth capsules, composite water stop, air mouth water stop, and double different inflation capsules.
Performance characteristics of water-blocking air bags for pipelines:
1. Intuitive operation; directly observe the pressure gauge to inflate according to standard pressure.
2. The body is compact and easy to fit into pipelines, offering economic and practical use.
3. This airbag can be freely bent to 180 degrees and has certain corrosion resistance.
4. Made from enhanced natural rubber, offering superior expansion properties.
Construction Method:
The water-blocking principle of pipeline water-blocking air bags is to use high-quality rubber to make pipeline sealing air bags, which are inflated to expand. When the air pressure inside the water-blocking air bag reaches the specified requirements, the air bag fills the entire pipeline cross-section. The friction force generated between the wall of the pipeline sealing air bag and the pipeline blocks the leakage, achieving the goal of no seepage within the target pipeline section.
