Rubber Water Plug (Airbag)

The water stop bags for pipelines are made of reinforced natural rubber. Each water stop bag undergoes testing under 1.5 times the rated working pressure and the corresponding pipe diameter before delivery. To ensure the strength of the water stop bag structure, we use a safety factor three times the rated working pressure of the pipe sealers.

Construction Method:

The working principle of water stop balloons for pipeline blockage is to utilize high-quality rubber-made pipeline sealing balloons. By inflating them, the balloons expand until the internal gas pressure reaches the specified requirements. Once the water stop balloon fills the entire cross-section of the pipeline, the friction between the balloon's wall and the pipeline blocks the leak, achieving the goal of no water leakage within the targeted pipeline section.
