Rubber Water Plug (Airbag)

Waterstop air bags for pipelines are made of reinforced natural rubber. Each waterstop air bag undergoes testing under 1.5 times the rated working pressure and corresponding pipe diameter before delivery. To ensure the strength of the waterstop air bag structure, we use a safety factor three times the rated working pressure of the pipe sealers.

The specifications and models of pipeline water-stop air bags include: PVC gas mouth capsules, composite water-stop, gas mouth-style water-stop, and dual-different inflation capsules.

1. Intuitive operation; directly observe the pressure gauge to inflate to the standard pressure.

2. The body size is small and easy to fit into pipes, offering economic and practical use.

3. This airbag can be freely bent to 180 degrees and has certain corrosion resistance.

4. Made of enhanced natural rubber, with high expansibility.

Construction Method:

The working principle of water-blocking water-sack for pipeline is to use a rubber-made pipeline sealing water-sack, which expands through inflation. When the gas pressure inside the water-blocking water-sack reaches the specified requirement, the water-sack fills the entire cross-section of the pipeline, utilizing the frictional force between the wall of the water-sack and the pipeline to block the leak, thereby achieving the goal of no water leakage within the target pipeline section.
