Water-tightness Test Bladder

The water stop bags for pipelines are made of reinforced natural rubber. Each bag is tested under 1.5 times the rated working pressure and corresponding pipe diameter before delivery. To ensure the strength of the water stop bag structure, we use a safety factor three times the rated working pressure of the pipe sealers.

Construction Method:

The working principle of pipeline water-blocking air bags is to use high-quality rubber-made pipeline sealing air bags, which are inflated to expand. When the gas pressure inside the water-blocking air bag reaches the specified requirements, the air bag fills the entire pipeline cross-section, using the frictional force between the wall of the pipeline sealing air bag and the pipeline to block water leakage, thereby achieving the goal of no water leakage within the target pipeline section.
