Octagonal rubber air core membrane

The octagonal inflatable core mold is used for precast concrete beams and slabs measuring 10 meters, 16 meters, and 20 meters in length. The double-layer octagonal inflatable core mold consists of an outer shell and an inner core. The outer shell serves as a protective layer during the concrete casting process, ensuring it can withstand the pressure of the concrete. The inner core guarantees airtightness and watertightness. Each layer is made using a reinforced technique with one fabric and two adhesives, with a wall thickness of 3.5mm and a Shore hardness of 65+5. The bond strength between the adhesive and fabric is ≥8, and the tensile strength is ≥12MPa. The core mold is adaptable to temperatures ranging from -10 degrees to 80 degrees, even up to 130 degrees; the elongation at break is ≥350%. The appearance of the octagonal inflatable core mold: the surface is free of cracks and adhesive layer sponges. The length of surface impurities on the adhesive layer bubbles should not exceed 3mm, and the depth should not exceed 1.5mm, with no more than one occurrence per meter. The roundness should be less than 2mm. The core mold can be reused 60 to 80 times, with skilled operators potentially reaching 100 times. Successful case studies demonstrate the maturity and stability of the octagonal inflatable core mold process.

Octagonal inflatable core molds are custom made to the dimensions specified by the contractor, with common sizes including a cross-section of 760mm x 710mm, length of 21m; cross-section 760mm x 460mm, length 14m; cross-section 760mm x 560mm, length 17m; cross-section 650mm x 580mm, length 16.5m; cross-section 710mm x 550mm, length 21m; cross-section 490mm x 570mm, length 22m; cross-section 550mm x 560mm, length 17m; cross-section 550mm x 460mm, length 13m; cross-section 780mm x 550mm, length 17m. When in use, connect to a tee, pressure gauge, and inflate with an air compressor. The inflation pressure is 0.015—0.02 Mpa, ensuring stable construction and simple operation. Not only does it save costs, but it also significantly enhances work efficiency.
