GPZ Basin-type Rubber Support Structure Features
The盆式橡胶支座 consists of a top plate, stainless steel sliding plate, polytetrafluoroethylene sliding plate, intermediate steel plate, rubber plate, sealing ring, bottom basin, and support anchor bolts. The product complies with the Ministry of Communications standard JT391-1991. It is widely used in highways, railways, municipal and hydraulic engineering projects, and similar structures. This series of products features a reasonable structure, high bearing capacity, low deformation, large horizontal displacement, and flexible rotation.
GPZ Pot-Type Rubber Support Performance Classification
a. Bi-directional activity support (multi-directional activity support): Features vertical bearing, vertical rotation, and multi-directional sliding capabilities, with the code SX.
b. Single-way activity bracket: Features vertical bearing, vertical rotation, and single universal sliding capabilities, code DX.
c. Fixed Bracket: Features vertical load-bearing and vertical rotation capabilities, code: GD.

GPZ盆式橡胶支座 basic structure form
Bi-directional (multi-directional) and uni-directional sliding supports consist of a top plate (including the top deck and stainless steel sliding plate), PTFE sliding plate, intermediate steel plate, seal ring, rubber plate, base pan, anchor bolts, and dust cover. Uni-directional sliding supports also feature guide blocks along the sliding direction.
The fixed bracket is composed of the top plate, sealing ring, rubber plate, base pan, foot bolts, and dust cover, etc.
The shock-absorbing bracket should also include energy dissipation and damping components.

Vertical Load-Bearing Capacity
The vertical bearing capacity (i.e., the reaction force of the bearing, in units of MN) of the pot-type rubber bearing series is divided into 31 grades, namely 0.8, 1, 1.25, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5, 25, 27.5, 30, 32.5, 35, 37.5, 40, 45, 50, 55, 55, and 60.
Under vertical design loads, the compression deformation of the support does not exceed 2% of the total height of the support, and the deformation of the top diameter of the bowl ring does not exceed 0.5% of the outer diameter of the bowl ring. The residual deformation of the support does not exceed 5% of the total deformation amount.
2. Horizontal bearing capacity
In the series of basin-type rubber supports, the fixed supports have a horizontal bearing capacity in all directions and in the non-sliding direction of the single-direction sliding supports, which is not less than 10% of the vertical bearing capacity of the supports. The seismic-type supports have a horizontal bearing capacity not less than 20% of the vertical bearing capacity of the supports.

4. Coefficient of Friction
After applying silicone grease 5201, the friction coefficient for the ambient temperature type sliding bearing design is set at 0.03.
After applying 5201 silicone grease, the frost-resistant type sliding bearing is designed with a friction coefficient of 0.06.
5. Displacement
If the displacement of the pivot seat exceeds the specifications listed in Tables 1 and 2, it can be appropriately increased to meet actual requirements.
