This series of production line is used to convert different specifications of hot-rolled medium and thick plates (3mm-25mm) into flat sheets of required length through uncoiling, leveling, and cutting.
This production line is primarily composed of material feeding trolleys, double-top uncoiling machines, hydraulic bucket head pressing and pulling mechanisms, initial straightening machines, fine straightening machines, shearing machines, material stacking racks, matching electrical control systems, and hydraulic systems. Additionally, swing-type intermediate plates and deviation correction devices are provided between the machines.
