The production line in this series is designed to process different specifications of hot-rolled medium and thick plates (3mm-25mm) into flat sheets of required lengths, following the steps of uncoiling, leveling, and cutting.
This production line is mainly composed of material feeding trolleys, double-top uncoiling machines, hydraulic bucket head clamping mechanisms, initial straightening machines, precision straightening machines, shearing machines, stacking racks, matched electrical controls, hydraulic systems, etc. Additionally, swing-type intermediate plates and deviation correction devices are equipped between the machines.
