I. Product Introduction:
Fully automatic melt flow rate instrument for measuring the melt flow rate (MFR/MVR) of various plastics and resins at a certain temperature and load, every 10 minutes through a standard die, applicable to high-melting plastics such as polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone, fluoroplastic, nylon, and also suitable for low-melting plastics like polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyformaldehyde (POM), and polycarbonate (PC) resin. Widely used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemical industries, as well as related educational institutions, research units, and inspection and quarantine departments.

Three: Product Advantages of High-Precision Automatic Melt Flow Rate Measuring Instrument:
Multiple temperature control methods (2 sections), 2 sets of platinum resistance sensors, 2 separate heating jackets with independent temperature control, high-precision intelligent PID control, adjustable heating slope (heating speed)

Handheld and automatic cutting in one, cutting time (0~999) and cutting times (0~999) can be set freely.
During testing, you can choose the quality method, the volume method, or perform both methods simultaneously, and calculate the flow rate ratio. Both methods initiate testing when the piston rod reaches a certain position.
Built-in temperature stability alert, with an added 240-second (as per GB3682) material preheating countdown timer. An alert sound is emitted upon completion of the countdown, and preheating times such as those set by ASTM standards can also be configured.
Integrated with multiple plastic material melt flow index test conditions, convenient for customers to retrieve and use at any time, reducing cumbersome workload, and storing test conditions and results for one-time use.
Built-in mini printer for convenient printing of test data
Optional with an automatic (electric) cleaning hopper function.
High-precision touch screen controller with a 7-inch touch screen, capable of storing and printing near-test conditions and data. Test print menu settings include test time (system default), operator, material name, testing method, test conditions (temperature, weight of weights, cutting time interval), test result data, and manual judgment of OK or NG for test results.
Reserve RS232 or USB interface for connecting to a computer. This allows for the operation of the instrument to be controlled via the computer and for test data to be transmitted and saved on the computer.
The scale can automatically load weights or rotate the ball screw driven by a stepper motor to achieve automatic control of the top weight's upward or downward movement.
