One,Capillary RheometerThe purpose and functions of the equipment:
Capillary RheometerIt is used to determine the fluidity and curing speed of polymer materials, allowing the plotting of stress-strain curves, plasticization curves, and the measurement of softening point, melting point, and flow point temperatures. The computer controls constant pressure and speed operations, measuring the extrusion rates of various specifications of capillaries under different pressure levels, at various heating rates, and at different temperatures. The computer collects extrusion rates, pressure, and heating temperatures, automatically processes the data, and plots the curves.
II. Performance Features Introduction:
This instrument's mechanical transmission section primarily utilizes imported precision double ball screw transmission, ensuring the overall mechanical high-rigidity frame structure. This significantly enhances load efficiency and measurement deformation accuracy. The transmission control system employs an imported high-precision servo system for control, featuring high response frequency, high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, high data acquisition frequency, and even greater precision.
The heating section is made of nickel-chromium metal die-cast from rare alloy materials, characterized by its ability to withstand high temperatures for extended periods without burning, and boasts excellent temperature stability.
The temperature control section features the latest imported temperature control module, offering rapid output response and precise PID parameter auto-tuning functionality to ensure stable temperature control.
Equipped with high-precision force sensors, the collection part features a high data sampling frequency and high accuracy.
