Alloy Material Capillary Rheometer
1. The alloy material capillary rheometer is an intelligent computer-controlled constant pressure capillary rheometer, capable of operating under both constant pressure and constant speed conditions. It measures the extrusion rate of various specifications of capillaries under different pressures, at various heating rates and temperatures. The computer records the extrusion rate, pressure, and heating temperature. It automatically processes the data into viscosity values, plots curves, and prints a complete report.
2. To determine the fluidity and curing speed of high polymer materials. The viscosity and viscosity activation of the polymer melt can also be studied, as well as the process conditions for melt spinning.
3. It can determine performance indicators such as the softening point, melting point, flow point, viscosity, and activation energy of the fluidity for high polymers, as well as the curing temperature for thermosetting materials.
4. Temperature control system and control method performance*, beneficial for determining the changes and related properties of high polymer materials at different temperatures. This instrument is controlled by a computer and plots experimental curves, displaying real-time curve changes, and derives data for equations such asagen-poiseuille, Rabinowitsch, and melt flow rute.
5. Utilizes load step loading with reasonable design, controlled by computer for continuous load application. It boasts high control accuracy and excellent stability. The capillary rheometer can plot stress-strain curves and plasticization curves of high polymers, measure the temperatures of softening point, melting point, and flow point, and then generate curves and print out a complete report.
