1. The composite material capillary rheometer is an intelligent, computer-controlled, constant-pressure capillary rheometer. It operates under both constant pressure and constant speed conditions, measuring the extrusion speed of various capillary sizes under different pressures at various heating rates and temperatures. The computer records the extrusion speed, pressure, and heating temperature. It automatically processes the data into viscosity values, plots curves, and prints a complete report.
2. Capillary rheometer for measuring the fluidity and curing speed of high polymer materials. It can also determine the viscosity and visco-activation of polymer melts, as well as study the process conditions for melt spinning.
3. Capillary rheometers can measure performance indicators such as the softening point, melting point, flow point, viscosity, and activation energy of the flow for high polymers, as well as the curing temperature for thermosetting materials.
4. Temperature Control System and Performance of Control Methods*, conducive to determining the changes and related properties of high polymer materials at different temperatures. This instrument is controlled by a computer and draws test curves, displaying real-time curve changes, and provides data for equations such as the Hagen-Poiseuille, Rabinowitsch, and melt flow rate.
5. The capillary rheometer utilizes load application, featuring a rational design, computer control, and continuous load application capability. It boasts high control accuracy and excellent stability. The capillary rheometer can plot stress-strain curves and plasticization curves of high polymers, measure the temperatures of softening point, melting point, and flow point, and also draw curves and print out complete report sheets.
This instrument's mechanical transmission components are equipped with imported ball screw, offering higher transmission efficiency, greater stability, and longevity. Additionally, the use of an imported servo controller and servo motor ensures enhanced precision, durability, and better meets the needs of users.
This instrument is equipped with an imported load cell sensor, ensuring high force measurement accuracy, precise force values, and stability. It greatly meets user requirements and can expand the force value measurement range, allowing for a wider testing scope and facilitating users in selecting more suitable testing equipment.
