High Molecular Material Capillary Rheometer


1. The high polymer material capillary rheometer is a computer-controlled, intelligent, constant-pressure capillary rheometer. It operates under both constant pressure and constant speed conditions, measuring the extrusion rates of various capillary sizes under different pressures at various heating rates and temperatures. It records extrusion rates, pressure, and heating temperature via the computer. Automatically processes into viscosity values. It also plots curves and prints out a complete report.

2. Capillary rheometer for measuring the fluidity and curing speed of high polymer materials. It can also determine the viscosity and visco-activation of polymer melts, and study the process conditions for melt spinning.
3. Capillary rheometers can measure performance indicators such as the softening point, melting point, flow point, viscosity, and activation energy of the flow of high polymers, as well as the curing temperature of thermosetting materials.
4. Temperature control system and control method performance*, conducive to determining the changes and related properties of high polymer materials at different temperatures. This instrument is controlled by a computer and plots test curves, displaying real-time curve changes, and generates data for equations such asagen-poiseuille, Rabinowitsch, and melt flow rate.
5. The capillary rheometer utilizes load application, featuring a rational design, computer control, and continuous load application capability. It boasts high control accuracy and excellent stability. The capillary rheometer can plot stress-strain curves and plasticization curves for high polymers, measure the temperatures of softening point, melting point, and flow point, and also draw curves and print out complete report sheets.


This instrument's mechanical transmission parts use imported ball screws, ensuring higher transmission efficiency, greater stability, and longer lifespan with the addition of an imported servo controller and servo motor. This results in more precise and durable operation, significantly meeting the users' needs.

This instrument is equipped with an imported load cell sensor, ensuring high accuracy and stability in force measurements. It can greatly meet user requirements and expand the force measurement range, allowing for a wider testing scope and facilitating the selection of more suitable instruments for experiments.
