Voltage Breakdown Test ApparatusDetailed Description:
Product Name: Computer ControlledVoltage Breakdown Tester
Product Model: HJC-50kV
Section 3: Main Application Scope and Functions
Meets GB1408-2006 Test Methods for Electrical Strength of Insulating Materials, GB/T1695-2005 Test Methods for Dielectric Strength and Voltage Resistance of Vulcanized Rubber at Power Frequency Voltage, GB/T3333 Test Methods for Dielectric Breakdown Voltage of Insulating Paper at Power Frequency Voltage, HG/T 3330 Method for Determining the Dielectric Breakdown Strength of Insulating Paint Films, GB12656 Test Methods for Dielectric Breakdown Voltage of Capacitor Paper at Power Frequency Voltage, and ASTM D149 standard requirements. Mainly applicable to the testing of dielectric breakdown strength and voltage resistance time under power frequency or DC voltage for solid insulating materials such as plastics, films, resins, mica, ceramics, glass, and insulating paints.
Software Program Control Function:
1. The equipment can dynamically plot test curves during the testing process, with the curves being overlaid and compared in multiple colors.
2. Editable and adaptable for test data;
3. Test conditions and test results data can be automatically stored.
4. The test report format is flexible and adaptable, catering to the varying requirements of different users.
5. The validity of curve data from a set of experiments can be manually selected.
6. Test result data can be imported into EXCEL.
7. Software equipment personnel management features, including the ability for test personnel to set their own test projects and parameters, and to set test content that cannot be accessed by others after it's configured.
Equipment safety protection features:
The test is conducted within the test chamber. When the chamber door is open, power cannot be supplied to the input terminal of the high-voltage transformer, meaning there is no voltage on the high-voltage side. The closest distance between the high-voltage electrode of the 100KV testing equipment and the chamber wall is greater than 370mm, and the closest distance between the high-voltage electrode of the 50KV testing equipment and the chamber wall is greater than 250mm. During testing, even if a person touches the chamber wall, there is no risk of danger.
Equipment must be installed with a separate protective grounding wire. Connecting the grounding wire primarily reduces the strong electromagnetic interference generated around the sample when it is punctured. It can also prevent the control computer from losing control.
The circuit design of this test equipment incorporates multiple protective measures, including overcurrent protection, voltage drop protection, leakage protection, short circuit protection, and DC test discharge alarm.
Direct Current (DC) Test Discharge Alarm Function: Upon completion of the DC test, when the test door is opened, the equipment will automatically sound an alarm until the discharge is completed using the equipment's discharge device, at which point the alarm will automatically cancel. (Note: Not discharging after a DC test can be dangerous to personal safety, as it is not safe to directly handle the electrodes, serving as a reminder for users to discharge to prevent personal injury.)
Test discharge unit, integrated with the main unit, improves the functionality of previously being equipped with a separate discharge rod.
Six-level high-voltage safety shutdown control
Main power switch
High Voltage Breaker Switch (Key Switch)
③ Pressure Regulator Reset Switch
④ Test Box Door Safety Switch
⑤ Current-limiting fuse on the input side of high-voltage transformer
Leakage Protection Switch
Section 4: Main Technical Requirements:
Input Voltage: AC 220V
Output Voltage: AC 0-50 kV
DC 0--50 kV
Electrical Capacity: 2 KVA
High-voltage Grades: 0-5kV; 0-10kV
0--20kV;0--50kV
Breakdown Voltage: 0-50kV
Breakdown voltage and voltage rise rates are divided into seven levels (optional):
A、0.1 kV/s
B、0.2 kV/s
C、0.3 kV/s
D、0.5 kV/s
E、1.0 kV/s
F、2.0 kV/s
G、3.0 kV/s
Voltage Increase Methods: 1. Uniform Voltage Increase 2. Step-by-Step Voltage Increase 3. Voltage Withstand Test
