JTW-LD-SF500/85C Cable-Type Linear Temperature-Sensing Fire Detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is a new type of reusable fire alarm product that monitors changes in environmental temperature, and is a product with independent intellectual property rights of Zhongyang Fire Protection. It is mainly composed of a signal processing unit (microcomputer processor), a temperature-sensing cable (electric cable), and connecting components (terminal box).
Product Features
The temperature-sensitive cable of the detector is an element sensitive to temperature. The SF500/85C temperature-sensitive cable is composed of two wires twisted together, each extruded and woven with thermally sensitive insulating materials. It can detect temperature changes at any point along its installed length. When the temperature rises to the response value, there is a sudden change in resistance between the cores of the temperature-sensitive cable, generating a corresponding signal. This signal is then processed by a microcontroller using fuzzy mathematics to make a fire alarm judgment.

The thermally sensitive cable has a stable structure with strong anti-interference and tensile, as well as compression resistance properties.

Complies with the requirements of Section 4.18 in GB16280-2014 for small size high-temperature response performance tests, and meets the requirement of Section 12.3.3 in GB50116-2013 that the flame size response does not exceed 100mm.

5. Features open circuit and short circuit fault alarms.
6. Signal processing unit and connecting component casings are made of flame-retardant materials, offering corrosion and aging resistance.
7. Manual fire alarm and fault simulation functions.
8. The detector boasts strong anti-interference capabilities, utilizing isolation detection and software anti-interference technology, suitable for environments with strong electromagnetic field interference.
