The JTW-LD-SF500/105P Cable-Type Linear Temperature-Sensing Fire Detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is a shielded, reusable fire protection patent product that monitors environmental temperature changes. It is mainly composed of a signal processing unit (microcomputer processor), a temperature-sensing cable, and connecting components (termination box). The detector is capable of responding to temperature alarms and outputting alarm signals.
Product Features
The temperature-sensing cable of the detector is a temperature-sensitive component. The JTW-LD-SF500/105P temperature-sensing cable is composed of three insulated wires, each extruded with a thermally sensitive material, twisted together (with one wire serving to enhance mechanical strength). Can detect temperature changes at any point along its installed length. When the temperature rises to the responsive value, there is a sudden change in resistance between the cores of the temperature-sensitive cable, generating a corresponding signal. The microcontroller then uses fuzzy mathematical calculations to make a fire alarm judgment.
The main features are briefly described as follows:
Thermally sensitive cables are designed with a double shielding structure, featuring separate double-layer metal shielding layers that offer enhanced resistance to electromagnetic interference and mechanical stresses such as tension and compression. This ensures stable operation in harsh electromagnetic environments, even when the electromagnetic field radiation intensity reaches 30V/m and the frequency magnetic field interference reaches 50A/m.
2. Integrated judgment of analog signal collection.
3. Meets the requirements of Section 4.18 for small-sized high-temperature response performance tests in GB16280-2014 and the requirement of Section 12.3.3 in GB50116-2013 that the flame size response does not exceed 100mm.
4. The temperature sensor cable remains undamaged after an alarm within the safe temperature range, allowing for reusable cable.
5. Features open circuit and short circuit fault alarms.
6. The microcomputer processor and terminal box shells are made of flame-retardant materials, offering corrosion and aging resistance.
7. Features manual fire alarm and fault simulation function.
8. The detector boasts strong anti-interference capabilities, utilizing isolated detection and software anti-interference technology, suitable for applications in high electromagnetic field interference environments.
Applicable Scenarios
The探测器features excellent environmental adaptability, capable of operating reliably in close proximity or near protection in fire detection environments with various levels of humidity, contamination, and dust. Therefore, it is widely used in warehouses, loading yards, oil and gas transmission pipelines, transformers, belt conveyors, locomotives, and switchboards for fire detection. Particularly suitable for early fire alarm prediction in power cables within cable tunnels, cable bridges, and cable wells.
