The JTW-LD-SF500/85D Cable Type Linear Temperature Sensor Fire Detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is a new type of fire detection product with low power consumption and reusable for monitoring environmental temperature changes. It is mainly composed of a signal processing unit (microcomputer processor), a temperature-sensing cable, and connecting components (termination box). The detector has excellent environmental adaptability, can operate reliably at close or adjacent to the protected area, and can work reliably in various fire detection sites with humidity, contamination, and dust.
Product Features
The temperature-sensing cable of the detector is a temperature-sensitive element, composed of three insulated wires, each extruded with a thermally sensitive material, twisted together. It can detect temperature changes at any point along its installed length, and then make a fire alarm judgment through the fuzzy mathematical calculation method of a microcontroller.
Key features are summarized as follows:
Thermally sensitive cable features stable structure, strong anti-interference and tensile resistance.
2. The microcomputer processor and terminal box housing are made of flame-retardant materials, offering corrosion and aging resistance.
3. Features manual fire alarm and fault simulation.
4. The sensor boasts strong anti-interference capabilities, utilizing isolated detection and software anti-interference technology, suitable for environments with strong electromagnetic field interference.
5. Communicates with all fire alarm controllers via the two-wire technology of the input module.
6. Low power consumption can be directly powered from the two-wire bus or the power supply provided by the output module.
7. Wide range of operating voltages.
Applicable Environment
The探测器exhibits excellent environmental adaptability, capable of operating reliably in close proximity or close protection in fire detection environments with high humidity, contamination, and dust. It is widely used in warehouses, loading yards, cable tunnels, vehicle tunnels, oil and gas transmission pipelines, transformers, belt conveyors, locomotives, and switchboards, among other fire detection locations. The detector's composition features a fixed-temperature alarm function, particularly suitable for early fire detection in power and control cables within cable tunnels, cable bridges, and cable wells. It can be utilized in power plants, steel mills, and chemical factories, among other venues.
