The JTW-LD-SF500/105D Cable Type Linear Temperature Sensor Fire Detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is a new type of low-power, reusable fire detection patent product for monitoring environmental temperature changes. It is mainly composed of a signal processing unit (microcomputer processor), a temperature sensor cable, and connecting components (termination box).
Product Features
The temperature-sensing cable of the detector is a temperature-sensitive component, composed of three insulated conductors individually extruded with thermally sensitive materials, twisted together. It can detect temperature changes at any point along its installed length and then make a fire alarm judgment through the fuzzy mathematics calculation method of a microcontroller.
The main features are briefly described as follows:
Thermally sensitive cable features stable structure, strong anti-interference and tensile properties.
2. Microcomputer processors and terminal box shells are made of flame-retardant materials, offering corrosion and aging resistance.
3. Features manual fire alarm and fault simulation functions.
4. The detector boasts strong anti-interference capabilities, utilizing isolation detection and software anti-interference technology, suitable for applications in strong electromagnetic field interference environments.
5. Communicates with all fire alarm controllers via the two-wire technology of the input module.
6. Low power consumption can be directly powered from the two-wire bus or power provided by the output module.
7. Wide range of operating voltages.
Applicable Scenarios
The detector boasts excellent environmental adaptability, capable of operating reliably in close proximity or near protection in fire detection environments with high humidity, contamination, and dust. Therefore, it is widely used in warehouses, loading yards, cable tunnels, vehicle tunnels, oil and gas transmission pipelines, transformers, belt conveyors, locomotives, and distribution panels. The detector assembly features a fixed-temperature alarm function, particularly suitable for early fire detection in power and control cables within cable tunnels, cable bridges, and cable wells. It can be used in power plants, steel mills, and chemical factories, among other locations.
