Installation and Usage Precautions

Prior to mating, clean the quick connector sealing surface to ensure it is free of oil, debris, and scratches. After mating, secure the locking clip/tighten the screw, and confirm the seal is reliable before opening the ball valve.

Prior to inserting or removing, close the ball valve first to cut off the flow, then proceed with the insertion or removal operation. Pressurized insertion or removal is strictly prohibited to avoid medium splashing and damage to the sealing components.

Prior to operation, ensure the static grounding terminal of the assembly is securely connected to the crane pipe and tank truck, with the grounding resistance ≤ 4Ω to eliminate static electricity risks.

When not in use, the dust cover must be secured to protect the sealing surface. Regularly inspect the wear of the seals and clips, and replace them promptly if they show signs of aging or deformation.
