Structural composition

Sealing Cap: The conical sealing cap on the vertical pipe is inserted into the top filling opening of the tanker during loading, ensuring the sealing cap is pressed firmly at the filling opening for a secure seal.
Balancing System: Such as the spring cylinder balancing system, which can be balanced at any point, making alignment operations smooth and reasonable, and convenient for the operator to adjust the crane boom position.
Pipe: Includes liquid-phase pipes and gas-phase pipes. Liquid-phase pipes are used for transporting liquid mediums, while gas-phase pipes are for emptying or connecting gaseous mediums in tank trucks to an oil-gas recovery system. Applicable Media: Suitable for gasoline, diesel, liquefied gas and other hazardous chemicals, as well as heavy oil, chemical media, etc. For media that are not easily volatile at room temperature, have poor fluidity, high viscosity, or tend to solidify, a heating system can be used.

AL1401/AL1402 Models: Suitable for gasoline, coal, diesel, liquid chemical media, water coal slurry, etc., for top-loading on vehicles. Applicable pressure range is 0.6MPa to 2.5MPa, design temperature is -19℃ to +110℃, material options include stainless steel, carbon steel lined with PTFE, etc.
AL1403 Model: Suitable for top loading and unloading of finished oils, chemical media, etc. in vehicles. Design pressure ranges from -0.08MPa to 2.5MPa, and design temperature from -50℃ to +110℃.
AL1412 Model: Top-sealed loading arm, suitable for volatile and toxic media. Operating pressure range: 1.0MPa to 2.5MPa. Material options include stainless steel, carbon steel lined with PTFE, etc.
