This swivel connector is a custom model specifically designed for the petrochemical industry, differing from standard pipeline swivel connectors. It is tailored to the frequent rotation, diverse media, and complex operating conditions of crane pipe loading and unloading. It features high wear resistance, strong sealing, shock resistance, and wide temperature range compatibility. It can be categorized into normal temperature general models, low-temperature deep-freeze models, and corrosion-resistant models based on the medium and operating conditions. The overall structure is an integrated forging, with no welded weak points. All components are designed for flexible rotation, reliable sealing, and pressure-bearing load resistance. The compact design fits the narrow installation space of crane boom arms. Different models vary only in sealing components and materials, while the core structure remains unified.
Rotary Unit Carrier: Forged housing, core shaft, precision track ball bearings (dual raceways are standard, capable of withstanding composite loads), thrust ring, enabling 360° horizontal rotation or ±45° vertical amplitude adjustment between the boom arms, with low rotational resistance, easy operation without sticking, sealed and maintenance-free bearings, suitable for outdoor dusty environments.
Medium Conveyance Unit: The core shaft inner hole features a full-diameter flow passage with no narrowing or corners, reducing the resistance to medium flow, suitable for鹤管 large flow loading and unloading. The inner wall of the flow passage is polished and treated for corrosion resistance to prevent medium residue and scaling.
Sealed Protection Unit: Multi-layer composite sealing structure (core: standard main sealing + auxiliary sealing + dustproof sealing), the main sealing is responsible for medium sealing, the auxiliary sealing serves as backup protection, and the dustproof sealing prevents outdoor dust and rain, eliminating wear on the sealing components. The sealing components can be individually removed and replaced without the need for complete disassembly.
Connective Fixed Units: Flanges / Welding Ends (national standardization), directly connect to the鹤管arm bracket pipe section, flanges with positioning slots, high coaxiality in installation, preventing seal failure and bearing damage due to misalignment.
Auxiliary Protection Unit: Static grounding spring (shell and shaft are reliably conductive), eliminates static generated by medium flow and boom rotation, prevents static accumulation and combustion; outdoor model with waterproof seal cover, low-temperature model with thermal insulation layer interface, corrosion-resistant model with plastic-lining or fluorine-lining inner sleeve.
