One. IntroductionBrief Introduction
Electrically adjustable fiber filter, consisting of a tank, fixed and movable orifice plates installed within the tank, and several fiber bundles connected to both ends of the fixed and movable orifice plates. The movable orifice plate is equipped with a lifting rod, which is connected to a drive unit located outside the tank. The compression and relaxation of the fiber filter layer are achieved by the rise or fall of the drive unit, thereby accomplishing the purpose of filtering water.
The electrically adjustable fibre filter is composed of a can body, a fixed orifice plate and a movable orifice plate in the can body, and a number of fiber bundles respectively connected to the fixed orifice plate and the movable orifice plate. The movable orifice plate is connected with a lifting rod, which is connected with a driving device arranged outside the tank body. Through the rising ｏｒ falling of the driving device, the compression and relaxation of the fiber filter layer can be realized, so as to achieve the purpose of water filtration.
Our electrically adjustable fiber filter ensures the integrity of the fiber bundle during operation, prevents the tilting of the lifting rod, and guarantees reliable operation and long service life of the drive unit and lifting rod. Additionally, it boasts a robust connection between the lifting rod and the moving orifice plate.
