THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
1. Equipped with a color LCD touch screen for operation control, featuring a full Chinese interface, PID temperature control for heating, a combination of automatic and manual control, with built-in memory function for ease of operation.
2. Equipped with an imported oil-free air compressor, the particle size of the powder spray is normally distributed, with excellent fluidity and extremely low noise, meeting national laboratory noise standards.
3. The entire experiment was conducted in a vacuum environment, significantly reducing the material drying temperature and overcoming the challenge of spray drying for thermally sensitive materials. To meet the user's requirements for adjusting parameters within the experimental range, the design of the drying temperature control employs real-time PID constant temperature control technology, ensuring accurate temperature control across the entire temperature range with ±1°C heating and temperature control precision.
4. The spray nozzles are concentric nozzles, with various sizes available. Ensure during atomization that there is no eccentricity to cause spraying only one side of the bottle wall. After installation, the spray nozzles can be moved up and down to facilitate adjusting the atomization position and improving the spray drying effect.
5. Feed volume can be adjusted through the feed蠕动pump, with a rated processing capacity that is adjustable. Sample volume: 50-2000ml.
6. The atomization structure of the two-fluid spray is precision-manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, with a compact design and no need for auxiliary equipment.
7. Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (pilot), which automatically clears clogs in the nozzle. The frequency of the pilot can be automatically adjusted.
