Product Description:
The Microbial Limit Test Apparatus is made of stainless steel metal. The test sample is injected into the Microbial Limit Incubator, where it is filtered through the instrument using a vacuum pump's negative pressure. Microorganisms in the sample are trapped on the filter membrane. The membrane is then removed using a membrane retriever and transferred to a prepared solid culture medium, with the bacterial surface facing up and flat. The lid is sealed to form a closed culture box, which is then placed in the appropriate incubator for culturing and counting.
