Product Description:
The Microbial Limit Test Apparatus is made of stainless steel metal. The test sample is injected into the Microbial Limit Incubator, where it is filtered through the instrument using vacuum pump negative pressure. The microorganisms in the test sample are retained on the filter membrane. The membrane is then removed using a membrane picker and transferred to a prepared solid culture medium, with the bacterial surface facing up and flat. The lid is sealed to form a closed culture box, which is then placed in the corresponding incubator for culturing and counting.

Key Features:
1. Integrated ultra-small design minimizes space occupation on the laminar flow bench.
2. Pre-sterilized filter membranes, ready to use upon opening, can reduce the primary pollution source and enhance the reliability of detection.
3. The filter cup features a unique lip seal design, without the use of clamps or O-rings, ensuring leak-free operation and consistent microbial recovery rates.
4. Capable of filtering multiple membranes at once, significantly enhancing work efficiency.
5. The filter cup is designed with reusable materials, ensuring durability, cost savings, and ease of operation.
Each filter head operates independently for flexible use by operators.
7. Oil-free vacuum pump design with low noise.
8. The instrument surface is mirror-polished for easy cleaning and sterilization.
9. The filter head can be flame sterilized quickly, facilitating continuous experimental operations.
10. Aesthetically pleasing handles, oxidized for durability, are evenly distributed at both ends of the base, enhancing stability.
11. The stable low center of gravity design prevents it from toppling over when fully loaded with solution.
