A dedicated nitrogen generator for nitrogen blowers is an advanced gas separation technology that uses imported Korean membrane separation to produce high-purity nitrogen by separating air. After compression and filtration by a compressor, the air enters a high molecular membrane filter. Due to the different solubility and diffusion coefficients of various gases in the membrane, the relative permeation rates of different gases in the membrane are different. Under certain pressure conditions, it utilizes the different permeation rates of gases with different properties, such as oxygen and nitrogen, in the membrane to separate oxygen and nitrogen. Compared to other nitrogen production equipment, it has the advantages of a simpler structure, smaller size, no switching valves, less maintenance, faster gas production (≤3 minutes), and easier expansion.
