The Anyan brand nitrogen generator is an advanced gas separation technology, utilizing imported Korean membrane to separate air and produce high-purity nitrogen. After being compressed and filtered by a compressor, the air enters a high molecular membrane filter. Due to the different solubility and diffusion coefficients of various gases in the membrane, the relative permeation rates of different gases through the membrane vary. Under certain pressure conditions, the separation of oxygen and nitrogen is achieved by taking advantage of their different permeation rates in the membrane. Compared to other nitrogen production equipment, it boasts simpler structure, smaller size, no switching valves, less maintenance, faster gas production (≤3 minutes), and easy expansion.
