The AB/Brook Liquid Chromatography Specialized Nitrogen Generator is an advanced gas separation technology that produces high-purity nitrogen by separating air using imported Korean membrane separation technology. After compression and filtration through a high polymer membrane filter, the air enters the filter. Due to the different solubility and diffusion coefficients of various gases in the membrane, the relative permeation rates of different gases are varied. Under certain pressure conditions, oxygen and nitrogen, with their different permeation rates in the membrane, are separated. Compared to other nitrogen generation equipment, it offers advantages such as a simpler structure, smaller size, no switching valves, less maintenance, faster gas production (≤3 minutes), and ease of expansion.
