Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process:
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash removal pipelines to form a circuit, which, together with the cleaning pump station, creates a recirculation system. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added and circulated through the ash water pipes for cleaning. As the acid washing reduces to a certain extent, the acid solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation circuit for cleaning. This process must be carried out during shutdown and is complex, with higher costs.
No two ash pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only single-pipe open-loop cleaning is allowed. The method involves connecting one end of the ash pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a specific concentration of cleaning solution in the mixing tank, and then continuously or intermittently injecting it into the ash pipe.
