Recirculating Closed Loop Cleaning

Recirculating cleaning utilizes two original parallel ash piping lines to form a loop, creating a circulation system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, which circulates through the ash water pipes for cleaning. As the acid washing decreases to a certain level, acid is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down, and it is complex and costly.

Pilot cleaning

No two gray pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only single gray pipe open circuit cleaning is allowed.
