Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process:
Recirculation cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash piping lines to form a circuit, creating a closed-loop system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, allowing it to circulate and clean within the ash water pipes. As the acid washing reaches a certain level, the solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to create a recirculation circuit for cleaning. This process must be carried out when the system is offline, and it is complex and costly.
No two gray pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only a single gray pipe should be used for open circuit cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the gray pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the mixing tank, and then continuously or intermittently injecting it into the gray pipe.
