Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process:
Circulating cleaning involves using two original parallel ash piping lines to form a loop, creating a circulating system with the cleaning pump station. A solution of a certain concentration is added, and it circulates through the ash water pipes for cleaning. As the acid washing decreases to a certain level, the acid solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a circulating loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down, and it is complex and costly.
