Recirculating Closed Loop Cleaning

Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash pipelines to form a loop, creating a circulation system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, which circulates through the ash water pipes for cleaning. As the acid washing reaches a certain level, the solution is continuously replenished with more acid. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down, and it is complex and costly.

Continuous Operation Cleaning

The process involves continuously injecting a certain amount of acidic fluid into the ash pipeline while it is operating normally, without stopping the ash transportation. Simultaneously, a certain amount of ash-pipeline operating cleaner corrosion inhibitor and pipeline cleaner stripper is added for open-circuit cleaning. The primary function of the cleaning additive is to promote the reaction between the acidic fluid and the ash deposits within a specific concentration and flow rate, while also enhancing its solubility in water, reducing the formation of air blockages, and ensuring the quality of ash pipeline cleaning.

The procedure is as follows: Before cleaning, first estimate the required acid amount based on the total scale in the pipeline. Then, calculate the acid addition rate and the flow rate of the descaling agent and pipeline cleaner by considering the sludge flow rate and acidity. During cleaning, take a sample at the front end of the sludge pipe every 30 minutes to test the acidity and strictly control it by adjusting the acid flow rate. In the later stage of cleaning, take a sample at the end of the sludge pipe every 15 minutes to test the pH value. When the pH value reaches a certain level and remains unchanged for 30 minutes, the cleaning can be deemed complete.


2. High-pressure water jet cleaning equipment
High-pressure water jet cleaning offers advantages such as high efficiency, low cost, non-damaging to workpieces, environmental friendliness, ease of operation, and safety.

Pipe Scale

(1) Classified by chemical composition, they can be categorized into carbonate scale, sulfate scale, silicate scale, and mixed scale, etc. The main components of carbonate scale are calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate; the main components of sulfate scale and silicate scale are calcium sulfate and silicate compounds, respectively; mixed scale is mostly a mixture of the above three types.

(2) Categorized by physical properties, there are two types: scale that is firmly adhered to the pot shell and tube walls, and sediment that is loosely textured and easily detached.
