Recirculating Closed Loop Cleaning

Recirculation cleaning utilizes two original parallel ash piping lines to form a circuit, creating a circulation system with the cleaning pump station. Continuous operation cleaning

This process involves continuously injecting a specific quantity of acidic solution while operating under the normal ash transportation condition of the ash pipe without interruption. Simultaneously, a certain amount of ash transportation pipeline cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaling agent are added for operation. An open-circuit cleaning is conducted. The main function of the cleaning aid is to promote the reaction between the acidic solution and the ash scale at a certain concentration and flow rate, while increasing its solubility in water and reducing the generation of air resistance, ensuring the quality of ash pipe cleaning.

The procedure is as follows: Before cleaning, estimate the required acid quantity based on the total scale in the pipeline. Then, calculate the acid addition rate and the flow rate of the descaling agent and pipeline cleaning agent by considering the sludge water flow rate and acidity. During cleaning, take a sample at the front end of the sludge pipe every 30 minutes to test the acidity and strictly control it by adjusting the acid flow rate. In the later stage of cleaning, test the pH value at the end of the sludge pipe every 15 minutes. When the pH value reaches a certain level and remains unchanged for 30 minutes, the cleaning can be deemed complete.

2. High-pressure water jet cleaning machinery
High-pressure water jet cleaning offers advantages such as high efficiency, low cost, non-damaging to workpieces, environmental friendliness, ease of operation, and safety.

3. Pipe Scale

(1) Classified by chemical composition, they include carbonate scale, sulfate scale, silicate scale, and mixed scale. The main components of carbonate scale are calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate; the main components of sulfate scale and silicate scale are calcium sulfate and silicate compounds, respectively; mixed scale is usually a mixture of the above three types.

(2) Categorized by physical properties, there are two types: scale that firmly adheres to the pot shell and tube walls, and sludge that is loosely textured and easily detachable.
