Chemical cleaning descaling process:
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two original parallel ash pipelines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, and the ash water flows in a loop for cleaning within the pipes. As the acid washing reaches a certain level, the acidic solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out during shutdown and is complex and costly.

No two ash pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only a single ash pipe can be used for open-circuit cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the ash pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a specific concentration of cleaning solution in the mixing tank, and injecting it into the ash pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires the addition of cleaning equipment during shutdown, which is costly.
