Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash removal pipelines to form a loop, creating a circulation system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, and it circulates through the ash water pipes for cleaning. Additionally, as the acid washing reaches a certain level, the solution is continuously replenished with more acid. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to create a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down, and it is complex and costly.
No two grey pipes can form a loop during cleaning; only a single grey pipe can be used for open circuit cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the grey pipe to the cleaning unit and continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the blending tank, then injecting it into the grey pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires the addition of cleaning equipment during shutdown, which increases the cost.
