Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process
Recirculation cleaning utilizes two original parallel ash pipelines to form a loop, which, along with the cleaning pump station, creates a recirculation system. It involves adding a certain concentration of acidic solution and circulating it within the ash water pipeline for cleaning. As the acid cleaning process reduces the acidity, additional acid is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to create a recirculation loop. This process must be conducted while the system is offline, is complex, and is cost-intensive.
No two ash pipes can form a loop during cleaning; only a single ash pipe can be used for open circuit cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the ash pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the dosing tank, and then continuously or intermittently injecting it into the ash pipe. This process requires adding cleaning equipment while the system is shut down, which increases the cost.
