Recirculating Closed Circuit Cleaning
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel deslagging pipelines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, and it circulates within the slurry pipes for cleaning. As the acid cleaning decreases to a certain level, the acidic solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single slurry pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. Continuous cleaning without downtime
The process involves continuously injecting a certain amount of acidic solution into the ash pipe while it is operating normally without interruption, along with a certain quantity of ash-pipe operating cleaning inhibitor and pipeline cleaning descaler. The system is flushed in an open-loop manner. The primary role of the cleaning additive is to promote the reaction between the acidic solution and the ash deposits at a specific concentration and flow rate, while also enhancing its solubility in water, reducing air blockage, and ensuring the quality of ash-pipe cleaning.
The procedure is as follows: Prior to cleaning, estimate the required acid quantity based on the total scale in the pipeline. (2) Classified by physical properties, there are two types: scale that is firmly adhered to the pot shell and pipe walls, and sediment that is loosely textured and easily detachable.
