(1) Excellent Cleaning Quality: The high-pressure water jet cleaning of pipe and heat exchanger bores can remove all scale and blockages inside, revealing the metal substrate. With its immense energy and supersonic motion, the high-pressure water jet is fully capable of destroying tough scale and blockages without causing any damage to the metal.
Additionally, due to the pressure of high-pressure water being less than the compressive strength grades of metals or reinforced concrete, high-pressure water jet cleaning will not damage the substrate being cleaned.
(2) Fast Cleaning Speed: Due to the combined actions of water jet flushing, wedge splitting, shearing, and abrasion, scale can be quickly broken and removed, several to ten times faster than traditional chemical methods, sandblasting and shot peening techniques, simple mechanical, and manual cleaning methods.
Additionally, parts cleaned with high-pressure water jetting do not require secondary cleaning; however, after chemical cleaning, the surface chemical agents must be rinsed off with clean water.

(3) No Environmental Pollution: As high-pressure water jet cleaning uses pure water as the medium, it does not produce a large amount of dust like sandblasting, grit-blasting, or simple mechanical cleaning, which can pollute the atmosphere and harm human health. It also does not generate a significant amount of waste liquid like some chemical cleaning methods, which can contaminate rivers, soil, and water quality. The water jet, using pure water, is odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic. After atomization, it can also reduce the dust concentration in the work area, lowering atmospheric dust from 80mg/m³ with other methods to below the **specified safety standard of 2mg/m³. Therefore, it does not cause any pollution.
Additionally, the recovery of high-pressure water jet cleaning fluid is relatively easy to achieve technically.
(4) Wide Application Range: High-pressure water jet cleaning is capable of cleaning parts with complex shapes and structures, and can be performed in narrow, complex spaces and poor operating environments. It has no special requirements for equipment materials, characteristics, shapes, or scale types, only requiring direct projection. Therefore, its application is extremely versatile.

(5) Easy to mechanize and automate.
(6) Energy-saving, water-saving, and low cleaning costs - The medium used in high-pressure water jet cleaning is tap water, which is easily accessible and widely available. During the cleaning process, due to its powerful energy, no fillers or detergents are needed to achieve a thorough clean, resulting in low cleaning costs, approximately one-third of chemical cleaning costs. Additionally, the water jet cleaning method differs from fire hoses; it employs a fine jet spray, with nozzle diameters ranging from 0.5 to 2.5mm. Therefore, the water consumption is only (3-5) m³/h, and the power required is 37-90kw, making it a water-saving and energy-efficient device.
(7) In equipment maintenance, it can effectively restore equipment performance and extend its lifespan; compared to other physical cleaning techniques, high-pressure water jet cleaning also offers unique advantages.
