Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel deslagging pipelines to form a loop, creating a circulating system with the cleaning pump station. A solution of a certain concentration is added, and it circulates within the sludge water pipes for cleaning. As the acid washing reaches a certain level, the acid solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single sludge water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculating loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out during shutdown and is complex and costly.

Continuous cleaning without downtime

The process involves continuously injecting a specific amount of acidic fluid while simultaneously adding a certain quantity of cleaning corrosion inhibitor and pipeline descaling agent to the ash conveying pipes, conducting an open-circuit cleaning. The primary role of the cleaning additives is to promote the reaction between the acidic fluid and ash deposits within a certain concentration and flow rate, while also enhancing their solubility in water and reducing the occurrence of air blockages, ensuring the quality of ash pipe cleaning.
