Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash discharge pipelines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. A solution of a certain acidity concentration is added, which circulates and cleans within the ash water pipes. During the acid washing process, the solution is replenished continuously until the acidity reaches a certain level. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down and is complex, with higher costs.

No two ash pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only a single ash pipe should be used for open circuit cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the ash pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the mixing tank, and then continuously or intermittently injecting it into the ash pipe. This process requires additional cleaning equipment during shutdown, resulting in higher costs.

The process involves continuously injecting a certain amount of acidic solution while simultaneously adding a specific quantity of ash conveying pipe cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaling agent, conducting an open circuit cleaning. The main function of the cleaning aids is to promote the reaction between the acidic solution and ash scale at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also enhancing its solubility in water, reducing the occurrence of airlock, and ensuring the quality of ash pipe cleaning.
