Chemical descaling process:
Recirculation cleaning utilizes two original parallel descaling pipelines to form a loop, which, together with the cleaning pump station, creates a recirculation system. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added and circulated through the ash water pipes for cleaning. As the acid washing reaches a certain level, the acid solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down and is complex and costly.


No two ash pipes can form a loop during cleaning; only single-pipe open-loop cleaning is allowed. The method involves connecting one end of the ash pipe to the cleaning device, continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the mixing tank, and injecting it into the ash pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires the addition of cleaning equipment during shutdown, resulting in higher costs.
The process involves continuously injecting a certain amount of acidic solution while operating, without interrupting the normal ash transportation through the ash pipes. Simultaneously, a specific quantity of ash pipe running cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaling agent is added for open-loop cleaning. The primary function of the cleaning aids is to promote the reaction between the acidic solution and the ash scale at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also enhancing its solubility in water, reducing the formation of air blockages, and ensuring the quality of ash pipe cleaning.
