Carbon Nitriding Furnace Introduction
A carburizing furnace is a periodic operation industrial furnace, consisting of the furnace shell, furnace lining, lifting mechanism for the furnace cover, vacuum sealing fan, muffle pot, and heating elements.
The furnace shell is constructed from steel plates and shaped steel焊接 to form a circular shape, with an energy-saving refractory structure built using full-fiber high-pressure insulation modules.
High-temperature alloy resistance strip heating element, built-in stainless steel muffle pot in the furnace, vacuum-sealed fan high-pressure circulation mixing to ensure uniform atmosphere.
Equipped with a three-head stainless steel dripper on the lid, the furnace can be dripped with alcohol or other organic liquids, with adjustable flow rate.
Available with carbon control instruments and automatic control systems, achieving real-time automatic control of the渗碳 furnace's temperature, time, and carbon potential atmosphere.

Low-temperature carburizing, reduced deformation
In addition to the commonly used gas carburizing furnaces and carbonitriding furnaces, Hankou Electric Furnace has independently developed vacuum low-temperature carburizing furnaces.
To minimize workpiece deformation during high-temperature carburization, the carburization process can be completed by reducing the temperature from the usual above 900°C to approximately 600°C.
