Salt Bath Furnace Introduction
A salt bath furnace is an industrial heat treatment equipment used for the thermal treatment of metal parts.
Generally refers to electrode salt bath furnaces, which consist of the outer shell, inner pot, salt tank, electrodes, thermocouple, and automatic temperature control cabinet.
The metal components are immersed in molten salt for heating. This salt liquid acts as a heat conduction medium, providing uniform and precise temperature control.

Salt Bath Furnace Applications
Equipment is available for heating metal components in molten salt or mixed salt solutions to perform heat treatments such as quenching, annealing, tempering, and oxidation-free heating.


Salt Bath Furnace Features
Robust and durable furnace body
The furnace shell is constructed from angle steel and steel plates, forming the outer shell structure of the furnace. Insulating refractory bricks are installed at the bottom of the furnace outer shell.
The furnace side features removable access panels with side openings.

Corrosion-resistant, long-lasting inner lining
All made with 8mm SUS304 stainless steel plate for the inner tank, which is resistant to high-temperature corrosion from salt bath, thereby extending the service life of the inner tank.
The inner liner can prevent molten salt from渗入 the insulation layer and the salt tank exterior. The side cover of the furnace can be removed, allowing the inner liner to be hoisted out from the top for easy installation and replacement.

Energy-saving long-life electrode
Utilizing a two-group, four-electrode energy-saving technology, inserted from the side of the salt tank bottom, one face contacts the bath salt, with the other three faces embedded in refractory bricks.
The structure extends the service life of the electrodes, also prevents short-circuiting between the two electrodes, and achieves energy-saving effects.

Innovative structure, salt leakage prevention
The electrodes outside the inner lining are equipped with a water-cooling jacket. As the molten salt flows outward along the electrodes, it solidifies upon contact with the jacket, thus preventing salt leakage.
